Terms of Service
Effective August 13, 2026
Last updated October 21, 2026
These terms are an agreement between Kaology LLC, in the United States (“Connect”, “we”, “us”), and the business that creates a workspace on Connect AIOS (“you”). By creating a workspace or using the service, you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
Connect operates through Kaology LLC in the United States and Connect Limited in Trinidad and Tobago. Connect AIOS is owned and operated by Kaology LLC, with local support provided by Connect Limited.
1. The service
Connect AIOS is a subscription software service (SaaS). It gives your business an AI assistant and a workspace for managing customer conversations, contacts, and marketing campaigns across connected messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram, and for viewing your own performance on connected social accounts such as TikTok. Features vary by subscription plan. We improve the service continuously and may add, change, or retire features; if we retire something material to your plan, we will tell you in advance.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and make sure the people you invite to your workspace are authorised to act for your business. You are responsible for activity that happens under your workspace. Tell us promptly at dpo@connect-ltd.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans bill on a recurring basis at the price shown when you subscribe. Plans may include usage allowances (for example, message or conversation volumes); usage beyond an allowance may incur overage charges at the published rates. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before a price increase takes effect. Fees are non-refundable except where these terms or the law say otherwise. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
Using the service to spam people is grounds for suspension. Specifically, you must:
- Only send campaign or bulk messages to people who have given you consent to be contacted, and honour opt-outs promptly.
- Comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta’s platform terms when messaging through Meta channels. Meta can restrict or revoke channel access for violations, and that is outside our control.
- Comply with TikTok’s Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when you connect a TikTok account. TikTok can restrict or revoke that access for violations, and that is outside our control.
- Comply with the laws that apply to your business and your customers, including marketing, consumer-protection, and data-protection laws.
You must not:
- Send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing content.
- Upload data you do not have the right to use.
- Probe, disrupt, or attempt to access other tenants’ data, or resell the service without a written agreement with us.
We may suspend a workspace that violates this section. We will warn you first when that is reasonable, but we can act immediately where other people or the platform are being harmed.
5. Your data
Your data stays yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for the customer data you bring into the platform. Each workspace is an isolated tenant with row-level security at the database layer. We never sell your data.
6. AI features
The AI assistant drafts messages, summarises conversations, and answers questions using your workspace data. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date — review it before you rely on it or send it to a customer. You are responsible for the messages your business sends, including ones the assistant drafted.
7. Not accounting or financial advice
Connect AIOS may display business figures, summaries, and insights, but it is not a double-entry accounting system, and nothing it produces is financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. Keep your books in dedicated accounting software and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated insights.
8. Third-party services
The service depends on third parties — Meta’s messaging platforms, TikTok’s developer platform, hosting and database providers, and AI providers. Their terms apply to their services, and their availability is not within our control. If a third party changes or withdraws capabilities we depend on, we will do our best to adapt, but we are not responsible for their actions.
9. Intellectual property
We own the service, its software, and its branding. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business while you are subscribed. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
10. Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We can terminate or suspend a workspace for material breach of these terms, and will give notice and a chance to fix the problem where that is reasonable. After termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days; after that we delete tenant data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows: neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data; and our total liability arising out of the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Connect against third-party claims arising from your content, your customer data, or your use of the service in breach of these terms — including claims from people you messaged without consent.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, and the courts of Trinidad and Tobago have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will give workspace owners at least 14 days’ notice by email or in the product. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
